Welcome to Brighter Party & Event Rentals! Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before renting any equipment or services from us. By placing a rental order, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

Rental Period

• The standard rental period is 24 hours unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Extended rental durations must be arranged in advance and may incur additional charges.

Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery and pickup services are available for an additional fee.

• Client must ensure easy access for delivery and pickup. Extra charges may apply for stairs, long carries, or wait times.

• Items must be ready for pickup at the designated time, clean and repacked as delivered.

Payment TermS

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the rental date.

• Full payment is due 72 hours prior to delivery.

• Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit, Zelle, Venmo, or CashApp.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event for partial refund (excluding deposit).

• Cancellations within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable.

• No refund is given for unused rental items.

Damage & Liability

• Renter is responsible for all equipment from delivery until pickup.

• Any damage, loss, or theft will be charged at replacement value.

• Cleaning fees will apply for items returned excessively dirty or with stains (especially linens or décor).

Weather Policy

• Renter assumes all risks, including weather-related risks, once items are delivered.

• Refunds are not issued for weather-related cancellations.

• Certain items (like inflatables or electronics) may not be suitable for rain or wind. We will provide guidance but final responsibility lies with the renter.

Set-Up & Takedown

• Set-up and takedown services are available only if requested in advance and may incur an additional charge.

• Client is responsible for site readiness (e.g., cleared, leveled space).

Use of Equipment

• All equipment must be used safely and for its intended purpose.

• Renter must ensure adult supervision when equipment is used by children.

• Items must not be moved from the setup location without prior permission.

Insurance & Permitt

• Renter is responsible for obtaining any permits or insurance required by the venue or city.

• Brighter Party & Event Rentals is not liable for any injury, damage, or legal action resulting from misuse of equipment.

Photos & Marketing

• We reserve the right to photograph setups for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

Indemnification

• Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Brighter Party & Event Rentals, its employees, and affiliates against any claims, losses, or damages arising from use of our rental items.

Force Majeure

• We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics).
